AUY
Yamana Gold Inc. (Yamana) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of mineral properties in Latin America. The Company has gold and copper production, exploration properties and land positions in Brazil, Honduras and Argentina. A total of 359,272 ounces of gold were produced by the Company’s mines during year ended December 31, 2006, of which 313,591 ounces of gold were produced from its existing mines, including commercial production of 283,460 ounces and pre-commercial production of 30,131 ounces. Proven and probable reserves were 6.8 million ounces of contained gold and 2.3 billion pounds of contained copper as of December 31, 2006. On February 28, 2006, Yamana acquired RNC Gold Inc. In April 2006, the Company acquired Desert Sun Mining Corp. In October 2006, it acquired Viceroy Exploration Ltd. In October 2007, Yamana acquired Northern Orion Resources Inc. As of November 5, 2007, Yamana had acquired approximately 90% interest in Meridian Gold Inc.

Activision, Inc. (Activision) is an international publisher of interactive entertainment software products. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company's product portfolio included products, such as Call of Duty 3, Guitar Hero II, Tony Hawk’s Project 8, Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Over the Hedge, and X-Men: The Official Game. The Company's products cover game categories, including action/adventure, action sports, racing, role-playing, simulation, first-person action and strategy. The Company operates in two business segments: publishing and distribution. On June 6, 2006, the Company acquired video game publisher RedOctane Inc., the publisher of the Guitar Hero franchise. In September 2007, the Company acquired United Kingdom-based video game developer, Bizarre Creations Ltd.

Noah Education Holdings Ltd. is a provider of interactive education content in China. The Company develops and markets interactive, multimedia learning materials mainly to complement prescribed textbooks used in China’s primary and secondary school curriculum, covering subjects, such as English, Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, political science and history. It delivers its content primarily through handheld digital learning devices (DLDs), into which its content is embedded or subsequently downloaded at over 8,500 points of sale, approximately 2,000 download centers, or through its Website, www.noahedu.com. In addition, the Company sells electronic dictionaries (E-dictionaries). In July 2007, the Company began offering after-school tutoring programs.

Westfield Financial, Inc. (Westfield Financial) serves as a holding company for Westfield Bank (the Bank), a provider of banking products and services to businesses and individuals. ESLR
Evergreen Solar, Inc. develops, manufactures and markets solar power products enabled by its String Ribbon technology that provide environmentally clean electric power throughout the world. The Company’s revenues are primarily derived from the sale of solar modules, which are assemblies of photovoltaic cells that have been electrically interconnected and laminated in a physically durable and weather-tight package. The Company sells its products using distributors, systems integrators and other value-added resellers, who often add value through system design by incorporating its modules with electronics, structures and wiring systems. Applications for Evergreen Solar’s products include on-grid generation, in which supplemental electricity is provided to an electric utility grid, and off-grid generation for markets where access to conventional electric power is not economical or physically feasible. Its products are sold primarily in Europe and the United States.
